Storyteller's arrival
When does the Storyteller show up in the Throne Room? I haven't found him yet, and I'm working on killing the Troll King.

He's there the moment you become baron. I've spoken to him before leaving my throne room for the first time in every save.

He hangs out on the left side of the throneroom screen near the exit and next to a column. He is simply there. He doesn't have some grand entrance like other supporting characters sometimes do.
