It's a pretty good spread you've got. Personally I would put the extra point into dex, so you can qualify for dodge instead of sitting wisdom
11 wisdom isnt worth it really. By the time you get valuable spells you should be able to wear gear that allows wisdom and charisma bonuses at the same time. 10 wis is enough until then but if u have a point over anyway its fine.
Also human is not really that good. Go for aasimar with +charisma +strength (if that exists) +the wings feat at level 10. Stat points > 1 free feat imo
Skills worth investing in for this character would be Persuasion (always a good idea for the main character, and your high Cha will help too), Athletics (Good strength, and there will be times when you are alone and have to make an athletics or mobility check. Remember to remove encumbering armor before any important Athletics check), and Perception (usually good for everyone to take, unless you decide to go with an Inquisitor perception-specialist who always comes along.) Possibly Use Magic Device if you can afford it, again to leverage that high charisma.
At worst you will miss a few baubles in your capital that you cant spot without perception.
Dumping int gets you 4 (stat)points total for -1 skill point per level (Paladin gets 2/level +/- int minimum 1 so 2-2=1 here). Not dumping int gets you 1 more skill point. Yay.
Again, your main character doesnt need ANY skills except persuasion at all unless there is something very specific (like multiclass requirements) youre looking to get.
edit: and then theres also armor penalty for physical skills which makes it even worse unless you want to undress every time to make a skillcheck
Skill: Persuasion and Perception. Don't bother with Disable Device because you will never be the best in the party, especially if you have Octavia (or another Arcane Trickster) since Ranged Legerdemain lets you repeat Disable Device checks to unlock stuff.
Feat: Blind Fight (immune to Gaze attacks) - This is late game, but life saving.
Then he regular fighter stuff, Power Attack, Improved Crit, Weapon focus, etc.
Weapon: Fauchard has good mid-game, and some amazing late-game entries
I would also recommend to go with an Aasimar (there is one Aasimar background that gives a strength and charisma bonus). I have the same character combination myself (for a custom companion) and can really recommend it.
