Note none of the weapons with the Holy property in game is similar to a Holy Avenger from DnD.
Closest would be casting the Holy Sword spell on your weapon (limited to Paladins and clerics with Good.. or was it Glory (?) domain).
But it's still not the same.
If you also want to dispel enemy effects on hit, you'd want Dispelling Strike Advanced Talent from level 10+ of Rogue or Vivisectionist.
