Is this game related to the Pathfinder books?
Sorry for the stupidity of my question.

I saw that this videogame is related to the Pathfinder role games. But I was wondering, does it have any relation to the Pathfinder book series by Orson Scoot Card?

Wrong Pathfinder

This is based on the high fantasy medieval setting of Golarion by Paizo, its source material comes from the Pathfinder tabletop rpg and there are some comics of it.

You're thinking of Orson's book trilogy, which is more sci-fi with time travel
