income from regions 0

i have just finished the coronation ceremony. And thought that the region income would then be ''unlocked as the brevoy subsidy disappeared, but it still says ''income from regions 0'' am i just missing something?

I think you get regions BP with some projects like the 1500 BP one. But i'm not 100% sure about that... I don't have a save file just after coronation.

Advisors rank is the main source of BP, economic advisor in particular.

to get income, you gotta have ranks in your kingdom stats (not just score from having regions and upgrades, but actuall rank ups from having enough score) and various events and projects that generate income. Mostly, I paid for my kingdom out of my own gold funds, buying BP all the time.

i know, i have BP im just wondering about the ''income from regions'' specifically since that has always been 0 and im wondering what it even is

At some point there is an event that gives you xx BP from upgraded regions, or something similar. I don't believe regions provide income until you a) get the event and/or b) upgrade them.

i just learned what it is, it is when you are able to upgrade treasury to level 7 you get to set region taxes, though i had to go with none since it improves unrest every month and i dont have a councilor to deal with events that worsen it. Cause i kinda really wanted that oculous...

I get 22 BP from my regions (after treasurer level up). And you can have a councilor if you want one: hire a merc with the right stat set on high and there you are. He will get -4 (merc penalty), but it is better than nothing.
