Masterpiece weapons.
I found a few marker piece weapons in the beginning area and they all look like when I get a chance to sell they will be worth a lot. Anything special about them ot should I just sell them when I get a chance. Speaking of selling things, is there anything’s I shouldn’t sell which are needed later? Like gems, food ingredients, etc.

Masterwork Weapons have a +1 Attack Bonus, so use them if you have normal Weapons. A +1 Weapon is better than Masterwork because they have +1 to Attack and Damage.

Edit: At the Bottom right on the Trade Screen is an "Offer" Button, if you press it it will select all Items that you can safely Sell.

A +1 weapon can also bypass the DR/Magic, even though it doesn't matter much.

I would only sell Armors, Weapons and Trinkets I don't need. All the others do not provide much gold anyway. Also most vendors keep the items you sell them forever, so you can buy them back.

Keep 1 Emerald and 1 Emerald Necklace when you find them. They are needed for a quest and they will be auto sold with "Offer".

Indeed, this saves so much trouble later on. In addition, I also keep quarterstaffs since those are used for the Changestaff spell. (I also keep certain books and drinks for the artisan quests, but those won't get auto-sold with the "offer" button so it's harder to lose them accidentally).

Been to Olaf’s to sell stuff still have lots of stuff/weight in inventory. Any place to stash stuff so I’m not carrying it?

Yes, there are various chests throughout the game where you can do that, including Olaf's and (later) your capital.
