At Ivoretti palace, you enter an empty room and you hear "anyone... open the door, I beg you"
But I cant find anything... what am I supposed to do?


The room is near the armory entrance

I think that's the ghost of the builder (walled up in the basement). At the very least I never found anything in that room.

From context, it is the ghost. And even if you kill him first, his manifestations show up still.
