Worried -> Stable
I've not seen anyone post any info on how to get back to stable from worried. Only how to get to worried from troubled. I was just able to do it though by chance.
I'm not sure if there were any other requirements but I know for sure that it happens when the event Faith & Loyalty results in Triumph (just a success did not make it happen)
I tried with/without a few different things to see if they were part of it but didn't find any other requirements.

I thought the same, but at some point i read, that the economics advancement does include something like a decision about foreign taxes. At this point you can deceide to not take any taxes there, improving your unrest level all the time. Additional to it, somebody claimed, that in his kingdom, because out of events, the unrest level was improving. But as he did not have an constant view on it, they just remarked it at some point and did not know, where this did come from.

In my case i did not know either, as i was rather upset by some unrest gainings and just improved my unrest levels via changing the save files.

Economics VI allows you to make a decision on tariffs. If you can, select no Tariffs. You will get less BPs per week, but every month your Kingdom Morale goes up a notch.

Assuming that this isn't bugged.

This sounds interesting - do you know more details?
Gaining one stability rank EVERY MONTH seems exceptionally powerful (as there are only 5 or 6 ranks total and ways to go up are rare)

It's almost impossible to get out of worried. At this point, I think it's the devs making a point: No matter what you do, once a nation reaches certain size, no one will ever be trully happy again.

I don't recall if this option was restricted by alignment.

I wonder if this is Owlcat's political commentary on free trade. Whatever. It's the only cheap, reliable way to consistently improve Unrest.

wait, specifically when did you get that kingdom buff? you have a LOT of buffs there before it.

Is this No Import taxes decision have any effect on coin minting? Does it block or not? Because if it does not block it. Having both just makes you immortal i believe.

Edit: Not immortal but very powerful

It was a treasurer decision which gives +1 BP per 1000BP in kingdom treasure. I dont remember which rank was that, I was asking if it interferes with no import taxes because I do not remember getting it.

Edit: 1 BP per day max 5 BP per day. Quite powerful.

I don't have the no import taxes and my unrest level is always Serene... never had any issues, I'm getting more than 100 BP each week

Wait, until you get this level 35/40 events, where you most possible fail. I had two of them in early game in a short time each after another and each of them did raise the unrest. Very little chance of winning them. Either scam loading like crazy or accepting the drop in unrest.
Events like the underworld event. Or the Feys joke event... a lot of events, where your advisor at most has 18. And no chance of improving your unrest at this time. And i still do not talk about Pitax assassins and all the others.

Enjoy your serene, while you have it. All this guys complaining, that their kingdom did fail just like that didn´t do this out of boringhood.
