Ray of enfeeblement bug or feature?
Ray of enfeeblement does not buff Jaethal but works as it would on an enemy or any other living creature, was wondering if this was a bug or an intentional feature. I thought since it was necromany and inflicting negative energy upon the target that Jaethal should be given increased strength? (Similar to enervation)

Undead are simply immune to ability damage, it works per PnP pathfinder rules so no bug.

(If anything the spell should heal ability damage, never grant additional points, if you want to go by the same logic that applies to healing spells)

Her strength is decreased by it though, so she should be immune to the spell or suffer opposite effects (increased strength instead of decreased) ?

Oh sorry misread it then, yes, she should just be immune to it (increasing would still be nonsense though):

PnP states for undead:
"Not subject to nonlethal damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Immune to damage to its physical ability scores (Constitution, Dexterity, and Strength), as well as to exhaustion and fatigue effects."

Edit:
It is possible though that it can work here, because the spell says that is is a penalty to str, rather than str damage. It is, as opposed to true str damage, limited by duration.
