How do I upgrade my capital from town to a city

Can"t figure out how can upgrade Tuskdale to city. I'm at the stage, when added Pitax to the kingdom, have 12 regions joined, have 5 towns (including capital) and now one city (PItax).
I never got any project to upgrade capital into the city (like in case of other upgrades from village to town) nor cannot see any options to do it elswhere. Am I missing something?

town is 3 villages with at least 6 buildings in them...i think for a city you need the coronation and multiple towns with enough buildings in them..
cant say for sure but i upgraded my town to a city pretty much directly after being crowned

To upgrade a village to a town, you need 3 villages and the village you want to upgrade has to have at least 6 buildings (the blue piers space and green wall space don't count).

You upgrade a town to a city, you need to have 3 towns and the town you want to upgrade has to have 16 buildings (again, the blue pier and lighthouse spaces and the green wall space don't count).

You can upgrade your capital to a city as soon as you annex Varnhold. Up to that point, you'll be able to take over up to 5 other territories, letting you have 2 towns before gaining Varnhold, which comes to you already upgraded to a town.

Ok, it was aboutcount of buildings, I had only 15 in. Once I built another one, I got the event to upgrade to a city. Thanx guys
