Earth Elementals - immune to flanking?
So, I got a random encounter witha pair of elder earth lementals, and noticed that I was not getting any sneak attacks on them. I started the battle with a summon undead on each of them, so they should be well flanked, but my hit rolls don't show any flanking bonus either.

I succeeded at enough lore checks to see their feat list, and I saw nothing in there that specifically said they were immune to being flat footed.

Is it the improved inititave and bad luck on my part, or is there anoyher feat they have that makes them (seemingly) immune to flanking and/or sneak attacks? Maybe one of the blind fighting feats?

Aside from getting owned by them, if there is a feat that gives immunity to flanking that does not clearly say it, it wouyld be helpful to know for maybe picking it for a character.

By the Pathfinder rules there are several monster types, who are immune to sneak attacks, because they have no discernible anatomy. Those critters are elementals, incorporeal creatures, oozes, swarms, and some individual monsters outside those groups. It is not a feat that grants them immunity, but a trait of their race/type.
As far as I know there is no such feat. There are class abilities and spells granting immunity. A high enough rogue cannot be sneak-attacked for example.

Thanks,

I was looking for a feat like rogues and barbs have for immunity to sneak attack. going back now, I see it under immunities (precision damage and crits).

So, would that mean that elemental form earth elemental (even the low level forms) would grant immunity to sneak attack? I have not wanted to waste a spell pick on a low level version of it, but there have been a few encounteres where enemy rogue archers have made things rough with a storm of sneak attacks on my mages. Might also give me a reason to take that spell on Reg if magus have access to it.
You have to check the various versions of the spell, because transformations typically grant only minor abilities at first and more powwerful ones later. In p&p you need the type III version of the spell to become immune to crits and sneak attacks.

Some of the Magus/Sorc bloodlines will eventually give you immunities as well.
