enchanting weapon?
is it possible to enchant a weapon with some magical properties, like fire/acid damage etc?

Only using spells or special class abilities (like arcane weapon from magus), there is no craft mechanic in the game.

Magus, Paladins, and all of their associated sub classes can do so, yes. There are also other means, such as coming across enchanted weapons. Or having items that can enchant, like Bokken's Oils.

sorry man, but FINDING the magical weapon is not even close to making it ..

and as far as i know, Bokken's Oils is not part of my question, sure the game takes it as enchantment, but its only enhancement .. and there is difference .. i am looking for magical damage, which you dont get with this ..

Paladin Divine Weapon Bond
Magus Arcane Weapon + Enduring Blade

Other then that no.
Crafting mod is awesome if you are ok with mods. If you like to keep it true to tabletop you can use it with the feats that get added in to allow you to craft.

I thought crating mod didn't work anymore in the lastest version ?
Why did you think that?

some mods can be used only with certain version of the game .. but there is not a single SP game that players wont mod etc ..
I dont use mods with this one, but I am thinking about one mod .. but the description is poor, so i dont know if it will do exactly what i expect it to do and skyrim and witcher kinda cured me from modding .. too much work :)

What are you on about?

What mods only work with specific versions?

What mod doesn't have much description?

Setting updates mods for this game takes all of 5 minutes.

I'm not sure but aren't every +X weapons and armors considered as enchanted ? (Allowing these weapons to hit some specific monsters you can't damage with a standard weapon ?)

But yeah the closest things in pathfinder that come close to what OP is talking about are Bokken's oils.
