Storyteller Won't Buy Relics *Spoilers*
The description of the Mites' relic and the kobolds' relic states that an antiquities dealers will pay a lot for them. Why then will Storyteller not accept them at the beginning of Act II when you get your barony?

Probably a wrong text on the items? The mite and kobold keys can be given back or not. They aren't on his list of things he'll accept and take in for coins or to make an artifact.

Because the storyteller is not a dealer in antiquities. You can sell them to a merchant if you like.

The storyteller is a mage, who can restore certain artifacts and read the history out of a full set of paraphernalia. He will buy the various cash items with a golden aura around them.

@Morgian The Storyteller acts like a dealer of antiquities. He buys every other item that the game says will sell for more with an antiquities dealer and does in fact pay more than the merchant. Is there an actual "Antiquities Dealer" in the game somewhere?

Nope.

Then the story teller is the defacto antiquities dealer as I thought. Frustrating that either the text or the item flagging on the kobold/mites relics is broken.
