What do you spend gold on

Seriously, im in chapter 4, i have 400k and nothing to buy, what am i missing?

Having that much at chapter 4 means you must not be purchasing any builder points. You do know you can purchase those kingdom build resource from general store in capital right

There are three spots to use large sums:
- Hassuf, if you need BP
- Rushlight tournament (afterwards closed)
- Sinmarket (once chapter 7 started)

You will most likely blow your money during the tournament. The merchants there have rare high level spells, rings of deflection and amulets of natural armor, cloaks of resistance, +5 gear and some unique stuff. Many of the pieces cost 32-70 k, some 200k, and the unique ring 320k (but it does not work thus far). Rounding out your group's gear will probably take 750k to a million.

You can also spend huge amounts of BP on the planar trading event (650 BP, once every 31 days while Kanerah is your treasurer).

And I forgot an important point: you need the cash to buy mass heal scrolls for the endgame before you go there.

and resourrection scrolls! I needed like 80 healing scrolls and 50 resourrection scrolls. And as they are expensive....

I've spent most of my gold on build points and a handful of useful items (most notably the +5 competence bonus to trickery gloves) and a handful of scrolls. I will probably start hoarding soon as I get closer to Act 4, so I can afford to buy all the shiny toys I hear are in Pitax.
