Scorched fragments of a Necklace

I have found 5 pieces of this so far. How do I know when I have found the entire necklace.

The description reads "if you find all the fragments an artisan with enough skill could restore it for you".

You never do. The only way to check in-game is to ask the storyteller, if you have something worthy of a tale. If you have everything, he offers to reforge it.
You need 7 pieces for the necklace and the Restovic Paraphernalia (like Restovic Ranger's broken Arrow), which consist of 5 pieces.

Each set comes in two parts. There are the broken pieces of the artifact like your ring fragments. And then there are the remains of those who first created it, like the sooty hammer of a dwarven smith. You need both sets to get a reforging.

There is info about the pieces on the web, but it is still incomplete regarding the last two sets.

U wrong. Artifacts can be crafted without collecting Paraphernalia

False. Those sets are two separate things.
