What are some good unique light weapons?
I'm getting towards the end-game of my character and I'm looking for some good unique light weapons for my Rogue, it's dexterity based with weapon finesse so it has to be light, can be two handed or one handed, don't really mind, Just something with more damage than a +1 Elven Curve Blade

First off, there are no light two handed weapons - there are Light Weapons, One-Handed Weapons, and Two-Handed Weapons. They are three distinct categories. Light weapons are things like daggers and shortswords (and the only things you can Finesse), One-Handed Weapons are heavier and take greater penalties if you dual wield them, and Two-handed weapons require two hands obviously.

Anyway, as to your question, there's Chilly Midnight, a +3 Cold Iron Sickle that deals 1d4 DEX damage on hit (DC 17 Fort save to negate). Pretty good actually because it's on hit, not on crit. You can pick it up in one of the areas in the DIre Narlmarches (I forget exactly where).

Do you know of any other weapons? I'm not to fond of the sickle and I would like more of a selection.

There is Edict, a +4 dagger that penalizes the will save of those you hit with it. There are the two kukris from the goblin king, which are +4 and have +2d6 energy damage (one cold, one fire). There is a +2 dagger, Arcane Defender, which isn't so great, but he gives a +3 dodge bonus; together with the longsword Perfection you get a +5 AC bonus while dualwielding. There is a number of rapiers and dueling swords, all of which are finesse weapons, but I never use them. Many of them are named and some are +5 with specials.
