Jaethal "Chase my shadow" Quest does not start?

As title says, i don't get any further dialogue after talking to Jaethan when i finished "Investigate my death" and chose the lawful good response and told her something like "necromancy is disgusting". Is this the reason that i want get any new dialogue with her, which would start "Chase my shadow"? I'm already past Valley of death etc and tried talking to her multiple times during act 3 and 4.

This one triggered extreme late for me.
After Rushlight Tournament, shortly before invitation to Pitax.

Hmm, the one you mean took some time too. Probably around Armag. Not sure.
Definitely took more than a couple of months after finishing Varnhold. Had claimed Tors for a good amount of time.

I've finished Armag, Coronation and the events around "betrayer's flight" (the Tristian thing)..so i'm not sure if it will start even later or it bugged/or i chose a "wrong" answer to get follow up quests for her. Every other companion quest works fine though.

Okay, I just looked through my saves:
For me it appeared a few months after Coronation, somewhat in the middle of the Hellknights affair.
4712 - 4th of Desnus (V) to be precise
