Slow
Does anyone know if the Slow spell reduces enemy attacks per round or does it just impact movement?

In a sense, yes. Slow gives the Staggered condition which makes it so you can only take a standard action or a move action each round. So if the enemy is effected by slow and they move that round, they can't use a standard action to attack.

Also a standard action only allows one attack. If something has multiple attacks they have to use a full round action to make them all, and since when slowed you can only take a standard or move action this is a no go.

Now if the move and standard only action effects work like they should in this game IDK. They might but it could be different since this is done in real time and not turn based like the TT. We all know movement ignores initative after all, I don't know how it might effect this.

Thanks Jonwoo! I guess it works best on enemies that have multiple attacks per round then.

Idealy yes though it has other useful effects. It also reduces AC, reflex saves, and attack rolls by -1, reduces movement speed to half, and counters the effects of haste. The latter being the most important and useful.
