Also a standard action only allows one attack. If something has multiple attacks they have to use a full round action to make them all, and since when slowed you can only take a standard or move action this is a no go.
Now if the move and standard only action effects work like they should in this game IDK. They might but it could be different since this is done in real time and not turn based like the TT. We all know movement ignores initative after all, I don't know how it might effect this.
