Blackmoore's Grimoire - how often can it be used?

Simple question, it says it has 1 charge and it doesn't say in it's description, that it has 1 charged per day, so I'm worried that this is a one use items and worthless afterwards...so I'm currently saving it for that one special battle...or does it recharge?

I'm literally at this point of the game. Don't know whether it's rechargeable or just one use since there is no description "per day". Too bad no answers here
