How to: Import your own portrait

Just in case you want to prepare ahead of time here's how to do a custom portrait:

Hi all! About custom portraits. You can prepare three your own portraits with names: Small, Medium and Fulllength. All this images must be saved in PNG format with resolutions:
Small - width: 185px, height: 242px;
Medium - width: 330px, height: 432px;
Fulllength - width: 692px, height: 1024px;

The gameflow looks like:
1. Start New game
2. Choose "Create a new character"
3. Click on icon "Custom portrait".
4. Click on button "Open portraits folder". (It works for Windows and Mac)
5. Replace portraits in opened folder or change it in your graphic redactor.
6. Click "Refresh portraits"
7. Enjoy your own portraits.

Also it works for custom companions.

Yeah it is almost undetectible, but on the right side a bit down. It doesn't look like a clickable icon, but it is.

Here's 3 protraits. 1 for a Female Mage/Sorcerer/Rogue and 2 for a Female Barabarian or Fighter. I was surprised that there was no nude portraits yet...(eye roll...urghhh one of those again do we need those...yes I'm that guy and if that's not your cup of tea then move on to the next post. So the protraits are : 1 is art (drawing/comic) of Red Sonja (No nudity) and the 2 others are pictures. One of Ewa Sonnet (Topless) and the other one of a blond girl nude with an axe. Again there is NUDITY though nothing explicit so DON'T CLICK THE LINK if that's not for you.

Installation
Just extract the zip into: (Win10 path)
C:\Users\**yourname**\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker\

If you already use custom portraits you will have an "Portraits" folder. You can manually collect the portraits you wanna install, just drag&drop them into your Portrait folder.

How to use
Use the little "custom portraits" icon under the offical portraits in the character creation.

6. Delete existing files named Fulllength.png, Medium.png, & Small.png and then put the newly created images with the same names into folder.
7. Basicly thats the end of it other than playing the game and using your new portrait.

It isn't the spelling. Something else must be causing the error. The file folder with the .pngs gets renamed when this happens as well. I am having the same issue with few of the portraits from the 80+ mod/pack.

Any news on changing story NPC portraits? I'm talking about the non-party ones without portraits and only their name as placeholders.

I know they switched them from generic shadowed figures to name only just before release, so hopefully there is a way to reference a .png instead of their name within the game's files.
