how to hire mercenaries
So i know you can hire mercenaries, but where do you go to do this?

In the taverns (close to the bar) are a character (i think it's called three-something) that allow you with one of the conversation options.

at oleg's (at the counter next to his wife) and as stated, in the tavern. look for an elf with a bow, Noriel eight-eyes.
