War of the River Kings questions
Sorry about the multiple questions. Just confused by this one...

I finished the Path of Dreams, cleared out Littletown, the River Blades and the Menagerie. Got my throne back. Explored the White Rose Abby and finished the 45 day Project.

River's Justice I don't think can be completed until I get into Pitax so not worried about that.

I still have to discover why monsters are attacking, thought this would have been completed with the project?

I still have to deal with bandits. Thought this would have been completed with clearing out the River Blades?

Find the Propagandists? Read in another thread that you have to find 3 bards in the capitol and find leaflets? I have searched my capitol and cannot find either. Is this also in Pitax or are these hidden as 'Citizens' and you just have to talk to the right one?

And I just got the Go to Pitax option in the log, however, if I go to Pitax I still get the 'you cannot enter' storybook.

I have advanced about a month since getting the Go to Pitax option but still nothing. The Pitax Assassins event is becoming a problem...

Any advice welcome!

If you still have deal with bandits after the River Blades you may not have fought all three groups. Where there two bandits you talked to in the camp? I know I missed one the first time. If so it's a bug.
The bards literally have bard in the name and papers are scattered all over the ground of the capital. It is impossible to miss the leaflets in the main square they are so numerous so that definitely sounds like a bug.

After you go to white rose abby you're supposed to get a notification that a letter or representative from pitax is waiting for you at the throne room, then you can go to pitax.

Maybe this just didn't trigger for you? I know for me the Valerie companion quest never triggered...

I got the representative to show, told him "he will never get my crown" instead of "I am on my way". I got the adventure log update to go to Pitax, but I still cannot enter. I wonder if I choose the other option that would work.

I'll also double check the bandit camp and go through the capital again.

What you say to him shouldn't matter (I used that option as well). Your game may have bugged.

So, reloaded and this time before I left on my rounds, I found the 3 bards and the leaflets. Picked up all I could find, talked to the 3 bards. 2 took off and one cast his spell but did not leave, not sure if that is a bug or not. But I got all 3.

I then did the Menagerie, Littletown and the bandit camp. Got all 3 parts this time, thanks pchinchilla9.

Will head to Pitax after months end to see if I can get in now.

I got the messenger telling me to give up that opened up the Go to Pitax portion but no letter yet.

Good to know, I will advance time some then.

The letter is basically the messenger who shows up in the throne room saying to give up the crown.

Yeah, so I am almost +6 Months from when I got the Go to Pitax option and no letter, so I think you must be right Fahrenheit41.

So update here. I went back to Pitax on my 3rd try and again I got the storybook army. Seeing red I clicked the screen a few times and went away one dot and back then clicked enter again and BAMM, enter the city.

Not sure if that is how it is supposed to work but that is what did it for me. Off to commit regicide!

I wish I had found this thread 2 weeks ago. My bug was exactly this one (besides 3 quest parts not marked completed). It happened to be only the book bugged, reentering fixed it.

Thank you thank you thank you! I had the same issue, leaving the illustrated book, walking across the river and back let me enter the city! <3
