No option to Quicken a spontaneous cast spell
The quicken metamagic feat says you should be able to use it on spontaneously cast spells. There does not appear to be any way to do this in the interface.

Did you go to spellbook and click the "metamagic" button that's available there, Quicken a spell, and then check your spells known tab off your hotbar for the spell level+4 of the spell you modified?

For it to appear on the hotbar menu I would have to "prepare it". To cast something spontaneously, you do not prepare it but you pick which other prepared spell to burn and click the little arrow and pick the spontaneous cast spell off that. I /did/ add the quickened spell to my spellbook using the metamagic button just in case that was necessary for it to show up but it still doesn't show up to spontaneous cast.

Yeah it seems that it is only implemented for spontaneous casters like the sorcerer but not for the spontaneous casting of cure spells like a clerik (even though the PnP rules specifically allow application of metamagic to that)

Use Rods, they're easier to use than feats anyway.
