how to defeat Armag

No matter what I do Armag just destroys my party everytime. I try to hold him down with warriors while my magic users cast spells on him but he cuts through my guys like there nothing literally he attacks three to four times per round and I miss around 80 % of my attacks, any help would be welcome :)

What is your party make-up? A bit more information is needed here to give you good advice. Personally I buffed all my martial classes with enlarge person, Good Hope, Bard Song, Bless, really any attack booster I had and I SLAUGHTERED that room. Also having haste for your party and slow for enemies is good.

I only did him with my team throughout a bugged Barbarian Camp of the Amiri questline.
So, no guarantee:
Apart from the obvious Haste, and other buffs, one can still, despite his will saves, try enchantments. And, key was for me kiting with his selected target, while the rest of the team tries to get him down with attacks of opportunity.

You're missing some serious DPS without Nok-Nok or the Ranger. (I run with both)
Might have something to do with it.

It also sounds like you got there too late after he gained power maybe?
I don't recall my party missing much or him being concealed -- other than the poor hitters--
but he went down rather fast.
If he is concealed in some way, perhaps Glitterdust.

Did you take Arcane Trickster on Octavia by any chance? If you did you can put a lot of ray spell like Scorching Ray in her spell book and nuke him to death pretty hard with sneak attacks.

Otherwise I would try to make sure Valerie meets him in melee first so she is the prefered target, make sure she is fighting defensively to increase her chance to not get smashed, and then just barrage him with as much damage as you possibly can. Make sure to haste your party before you go into the fight. If you have Lingering Performance on Linzi as a feat you can prebuff with Inspire Greatness then switch her song to Inspire Courage to give everyone a good boost to attack rolls.

I am guessing your main character is a cleric of some sort?

If given a chance Armag will start with a charge at one of your backliners so initiate with Valerie as the only one in the room and then bring everyone else up.

Given he has a high to hit use displacement on Val.

His ads aren't particularly dangerous so ignore them until Armag is down.

He's a barb so try spells that target his reflex save. Chains of light is a good one.
