upgrading non-companion advisor stats?
so at one point I got a project to upgrade Kassil's ability. The project specifically said Kassil even in the name. I needed to reload an old save though (cause of surprise negative BP from a vistor purchase). Now I can't get that project to reappear. Anyone know what triggers that project or other similar projects for the other npc advisors?

the last patch erased Kassil from existence :(

as far as i know these projects depends on kingdom stats. so upgrading stat will sometime pop upgrade advisor event

Those projects show up every two rank upgrades for the relevant kingdom stat.

ok so it occurs /after/ I do the two week upgrade project? I don't know why I thought it appeared with it the first time.

Yup. The first one for Kassil should appear after you upgrade Military to Rank III.

Do you know if I have to do the upgrade using Kassil? If I upgrade using Reg and then switch to Kassil, will it appear the next time I get a mil pt maybe?

It doesn't matter who handles the upgrades. The project will show up once you hit the correct rank.
