Is spell perfection there?

Sadly - no. While phys damagers have OP flanking rules and some OP feats, we (casters) have nothing from our best feat combos.

Yeah extremely lame.

So far I have found most encounters rather boring and one dimensional too. It's just tank and spank and the enemy is always dumb as a boot. The fights should be spiced up with casters who use their spells cleverly. At least in PoE the enemy often tries to use dominate and paralyze effects on your characters, and it at least seemingly tries to focus on your weaker characters instead of the warrior.
