How and Where do I gain Royal Artisans?

So far these are the 'artisans' I've found. None have actually done anything as of yet, nor can I buy or commision anything from them after building their specific shops.

Shaynih'a was in the village in the South Narlmarches and wanted to see Jubilost. I think she's suppose to be the blacksmith (her's is an armor shop, so just an armorer)?

Kimo Tavon was in the village in the North Narlmarches. Asked for a rare flower, which turned out to be a Rare Bog Flower is in the Swamp Witche's Hut area in the North East past the athletics check. I think he's some sort of woodworker (bows, staves, spears maybe?).

I think Bokken is broken since I built him an alchemist shop (then upgraded it) and I still have nothing from him at Oleg's or at the town in the Outskirts (he doesn't show up there at all for me).

Tirival is in Varnhold, just gotta build his shop. He's a leatherworker, so leather armor?

Varrask the Wildfist is in the village in the Kamelands. He wants to get his tools back, buy them from the trader in the same village. Blacksmith?

Nazrielle is in the same place as Varrask. She wants your patronage to be a weaponsmith.

The artisans pop up in your kingdom as you play the game, however in my play through their quests have been bugged. So I am not 100% certain they are working as intended entirely.

Have to visit your towns and talk to everyone with a name other than Guard or Citizen.
