animate dead ability/spell not showing up

Hi,

Is animate dead locked to alignment?
I am a Chaotic Good Magus with teh undead bloodline and should have unlocked the ability to "animate dead" through the Magus "undead" bloodline.

at level 9 a Magus with the undead bloodlineshould unlock "Grasp of the dead", "ghost blade" "deaths grip" level 2, and "ANIMATE DEAD"

All the other abilities show up in my abilities index or spell book. but not animate dead.

Please advise?

Uncertain. It might be a possible bug where they are enforcing the cleric specific limitation of not being able to prep spells with a subtype of an opposition alignment.

Animate Dead is a 4th level spell for arcane casters (as opposed to level 3 for divine) yes? If so you shouldn't have access to 4th level magus spells until level 10.
