Where is Irlene?

I've looked everywhere for her, even in the Library, the Tavern and the random buildings you can enter and she's in none of them. I need to talk to her but she's nowhere I can see

Irlene disappeared from the map layout when I updated my town to city. (same with Tessie the Quill who sells books and is an acquaintance of Linzi). Irlene is in west of main square map in town layout.

Update: Tried today with latest version and Irlene is west from Hassuf the merchant guy at corner of a building behind three horses.

I never even found her in the town layout or at least never noticed her

Holy crap...I've been looking for her EVERYWHERE...

Okay folks...start at Hassuf and go directly west. She's standing right below a bucket hanging from the southeast corner of the 'barn'. There's a wagon to her left and a horse by the wagon (if you get to the wagon, you went too far)

But you cannot just get her. She will turn up as a throne room visitor at some point, asking you for solving a few things for her. Afterwards she will give you gifts from time to time, if you let her.

(I never understood, why she just do not get some shop inside the city. houses are there enough. And some magic shop would be in some dire need.)

I agree with Cloudhunter. LOVE this game but the sales/shops could use some tweaking. I would love it if when you build something in each village/town/capital...etc, the buildings (or at minimum, the shops) would actually show up and you could trade there. That would strengthen the whole impetus to build up your cities.

I'm adding to this thread, because she's not where she's supposed to be in my game.

Honestly I didn't get to play the game in awhile, and I forgot what our discussion went but I'm pretty sure I showed interest to what she was offering. But she's not where everyone else is saying she's supposed to be.

From everybody else's instructions/screenshots, she's supposed to be standing at that corner near the guard. But clearly she's not. Anybody know of fixes for this?
