Valeries belt lantern is not lit and shows zero charges.

How do you charge the belt lantern's Olivia's is lit when you acquire her, Valerie's is not and shows zero charges. I have no clue how to charge it since you cannot target it on tactical map and in inventory you can't cast a spell. Any help out there. Minimum issue but it's bugging me.

It's just always on. I'm not sure why the one on Valerie isn't though... mine never turn off.

that is correct, you just equip it to a quickslot and it provides some glow automatically just like the aasimar head light thing
