Spare keys from dwarven fortress

I seem to still have 3 spare "iron dwarven key" and one spare "rusty dwarven key". As far as I know I opened every door and chest in the place, did anyone else have so many spare keys or know what they are used for.
I have a very good merc rogue and she unlocked quite a lot for me. Where the keys meant to be for those chests and doors?

This thread was from a long time ago and I am pretty sure that the keys were actually for doors that I had picked the locks for. There is only one or two doors that actually NEED keys. But there are a few which can be opened by either using the key or picking the lock.

One is for the chest with a +1 frost shock mace.

I think in the room or the room itself where the troll for Ekun quest is, a door can be open with a key or trickery.

Not sure about the last one...
