Ring of Evasion?
Does it even do anything? Says it's supposed to give a continuous evasion spell effect but I don't see it doing ♥♥♥♥.

Evasion is a class mechanic found most commonly on rogues. It allows them to take no damage, instead of half, when rolling a Reflex save against damaging spells or effects. It's not a spell, which is probably why you don't see a buff effect on the character who wears it.

As of the question if it actually does anything, it should be simple to check; fire a few fireballs at the character and see if there are instances where they take no damage. Make sure the ring is not put on a character who already has the Evasion class mechanic.

Ah okay, cool. Yeah, it seems to work. I wish "evasion" was highlighted so you could hover over it and get a description of what it's supposed to do.

Yes, the developer sadly don't explain game mechanics very well. I find myself constantly looking up the rules for Pathfinder online to see how things interact with eachother.

As a Pathfinder TT vet this wasn't even something I thought about while playing but a friend that's never played before recently picked up the game and I've been getting a slew of questions.

There definitely should be more explanations in game for things in-game.
Evasion lets you avoid all damage from a successful reflex save, rather then just half. Example Fireball, usually you save for half. With Evasion you can save and ignore all of it,
