Runaway Throne Trouble [SPOILERS]

So I' m well past wandering around through the dream, defeating Irovelli and I'm about three weeks out from fighting Part 6 of the Curse but I have yet to see the random encounter of a goblin seling me back my own throne.

Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm really tired of sitting on a stool.

Random encounter is around Pitax and Glenbeon(Armag chapter) least its where I found it.

Yes, I also met him in Pitax.

I mean the whole territory, not city itself.

I've wandered all around there and haven't come across a goblin. Was there a particular area you remember? Asking since the random mobs to start tristain's second quest were on particular path each time.

As per @DrowChaos and @Edreyn said the goblin appears in a random encounter you cannot evade. Just wander around the Pitax land area and after a certain amount of time you'll get the prompt for it. I think I finally got the encounter to appear just outside the Rushlight Tournament map location.

This is also the place to get the achievement for making the goblin merchant cry. I told him I wouldn't buy it, and good luck hauling it around
