I want to know that, too many armors but no robe for wizard at all.

The one at Oleg reduces shared inventory by 100 lbs. There's one for 200 or 250 (don't recall) at your first town.

Robe of the Archmagi is a super high level item.. don't expect to see it unti late game. Can't say wether or not its in though.

Bracers of armor are your friend if your a spellcaster other wise keep a spell around for defence

there's both a lesser bag of holding and a regular bag of holding. I can't remember if they stack

They do stack. I have 3 lesser bags of holding and a regular one, they all work.
