Same situation for me...well gues I got to uninstall then...the last save where I can actually change things regarding the stability was 2 absolutely ♥♥♥♥ hard, and long missions ago...not gonna play those 2 again...I actually loved the game but that just pushes it from 9.5/10 to 5/10...retarded game design
okay now going there and try it with story mode, maybe once again with normal :-) ...
You can change combat difficulty at any moment, even in the very middle of a fight. If you really can't handle an encounter, don't be ashamed to lower the difficulty for this specific encounter.
Ekund. He unlocks or should after your general reaches level 4 and requests more help.
On a side note: I didn't get him unlocked until late in Act 3. Spamming of Dark Epidemic, and resulting rioting led to my kingdom failing anyway. Regardless that loyalty, economy, community, military and others were close to or over 100. Once stability tanked the kingdom failed.
Dang, so it actually killed your game? Like your kingdom failed and you got game over? II really don't want to ose my entire playthrough because of this inane kingdom management system which is poorly explained and poorly designed.
Yep. Over 50 hours (I play usually offline) gone. My kingdom went from serene status to crumbling in less than two months. Once it starts to descend your advisors stats drop (crumbling stage they lose 4 or 6 points) making it hard if not impossible to recover. The only advisor I had that was still "winning" was Reg, but it wasn't enough.
This was after I had beaten the Bloom, I was still getting hammered by the Dark Epidemic pop-ups. The newest patch was suppose to have fixed this, though I don't know if thats the case. The only way I could continue playing was by setting my kingdom to auto, but that, at least for me defeats the entire point of even running a kingdom.
I put my kingdom management on easy, but my kingdom is already in the "worried" column, so I don't know if it's too late already, based on what I read above.
This here. It creates a downward spiral.
Who knows, maybe we'll be allowed to "buy" stability points or loyalty points (whatever) in the same way that we're allowed to buy BP in the game. I'll be the 1st to aknowledge just how cheap/cheezy that'd be though.
