How do do I obtain a treasurer?

Wait for Troll Event (Troll Trouble or Troll Sighting) to pop up, THEN go west to a fjord.

you will find it. its like the first region at the fjord west of your capitol.

It's impossible to miss if he's there. He's right in front of you the moment you enter the map, dealing with an event. You won't accidentally miss or forget this guy.

But I'm pretty sure you have to go flirt with the dryad first to get him to spawn, or however it is that the trolls troubles are triggered.

I saved his poney's and not the wagon. He said he will go back to town but I can't find him any where. I even killed off the trolls and at that point where I'm suppose to escort him to show him the ruins. Any one know the location he chills at back in town in case I'm missing him? I figure he would be in the Tavern.

Never mind found him back at the ford and he joined the party to go map the dwarven ruins with me.

I'm in the same boat, I failed to save Jubilost's wagon and now there's no option for him to go anywhere with me nor be a treasurer. Since I'm at chaotic good, I don't want to choose Delgado. Any other options?

I also lost his wagon (at least it was still stuck in the water) but after I found the dwarven ruins he agreed to go there. After that he also agreed to become an advisor.

If you've killed him and don't like the alternatives either, all you can do is create a mercenary and give them excellent charisma. They'll need +cha items too, when you can get them.

Going murderhobo in this game has consequences. Like in real life, you won't get your perfect best friends to assign to every position in your government, you have to deal with the people available.
