Random Spell Failure

I'm having an issue with randomly having spells get a random 50% spell failure chance while my casters are not wearing armor. I'm unsure where this is coming from, because I can't seem to find out what is causing it.

Yeah random buffing spells are being dropped with a 50% chance.

Are those scrolls or just spells from wizard/sorcerer ?

Nah... Cleric has ASF on cleric spells in armor.
Try to cast Bless and... lose the buff

Thats wierd, yesterday i was playing my sorc and didnt fail single spell. By any chance, do you use those cantrip spells ? becouse those miss like 50% of time.

Its not missing. Its specifically rolling on the Spell Failure chance. Cantrips, buffs, regular spells. Everything is getting a 50% miss.

Also I just found out that a cleric has to roll concentration checks when channeling positive energy... that isn't a thing in the table top... channel positive energy isn't a spell...

Both of the story clerics I have are getting 50 arcane spell failure - The bard, the alchemist and the inquisitor all have the same thing. Must be an error game side. Hopefully it'll get hotfixed soon.

My Sorc, and Octavia have it at the moment. I hope this is something they fix for the entire game not just hot fixed for individual characters

They weren't hit with a Bestow Curse, Deafness, etc. right?

Someone else mentioned the same problem, even reported that Potions were crapping out with the 50% message

In meele if you soc/wiz/priest fail with a concentrations save you fail the spell.

My cleric's spellbook shows 25% spell failure chance. I don't know why a cleric would get that. Is this what you guys are talking about?

Is this after meeting the nymph in the verdant chambers? Cause that nymph scene seems to be causing a permanent 50% arcane spell failure with no way of removing it.
