Is there no armor for Sorceress and Wizards?
Is in the game any armor that a sorceress can use?

Bracers of armor are available.

and for the chest and head?
Physical armour? No. Sorcerers and Wizards give up access to armour for pure arcane power. You'll be relying on things like bracers of armour, amulets of natural armour, rings of protection, Dex-boosting items (since your Dexterity modifier's added to your AC), and various armour-boosting spells like Shield, or even just spells that make you harder to hit like Mirror Image or Blur.

the best you can do is leather armor if you want ot suck two feats into it one for the proficiency and one to reduce the spell failure by 10

You can go magus or eldritch knight, though.

Oh; the armour stuff is just for things you wear on your body. That's the only slot that actually gives general armour (it's not like Divinity Original Sin where every equipment slot gives armour stats) outside of magical effects.

Normally in PF you can waer armor as a Sorc and Wizard..but without the armor feats they cause Arcane spell failure and other very bad penalties on Dex-based skills.

In general, armor for those classes are not a very good or even efficient way to handle AC. Try Mage Armor and Shield. Both very low level spells and with a dex of 14 and both spells on, your AC is 20 which is not so shabby, at least in the beginning...later it becomes very hard to keep up with attack bonus of the enemy so you better keep spellcaster out of reach, make them invisible, cast stone skin, cast Mirror image, fly etc.

So there are no robes in the game or anything that changes the apperance for those 2 classes?

There are eventually magical robes and vests.
