Where is Tartuccio in Old Sycamore?

Oh so it's by the mite queen. That should more clear I never uncovered it.

He is plotwalled behind the 2 relics, you need the ones both from Queen Mite and from Soothscale.

Are you sure? sootscale didnt drop anything for me so I only have the mite relic.

You first have to defeat queen and soothscale.

Then you may open a door to Tartuccio.

Actually, this whole quest seems buggy:

1st, I killed both the mite queen and the kobold leader. Received no relic. Door stays close.

2nd, I started a new game, sided with the kobolds, killed the queen, got no relic, door still closed.

3rd, sided with the kobolds, led the mite queen leave, she even said something along the line of opening the door to the hall, door still closed.

In all 3 cases the map shows me an unclaimed piece of loot. However, there is none to be found.

At that point this is gamebreaking.

Masked because of spoilers:

I allied with the Mites so I only had to kill the Kobold king. He's not in what looks like the throne room. He's actually in a different room further east.

I thought I needed two relics to get into the "great hall" but apparently I only needed the one from the Kobold king. I thought Tortuccio had the second so I kept looking for him, but could never find him.

In desperation I tired to open the door to the great hall and it opened with the relic I had. How Tortuccio got in is beyond me. After fighting Tortuccio I had both relics in my inventory.

can't find him as well. Isn't he supposed to be in throne room with the big bonfire in the middle? I killed all kobolds in there, no sign of him, no relic to be found. Am stuck there.

Tartuccio not even in this zone anyway hes located in the dwarven forteress

This is how I did it:

1. Sided with kobolds.
2. Fought the queen (and let her go)
3. Went back and talked to Sootscale who gives you the relic.
4. Went back to where I fought the queen (NE corner of the map) and opened the door
5. Watched as Tartuccio fireballed his own guys before mopping up the leftovers.
6. Profit!

Isn't this exactly what the kobolds and the mites tell you early in the scene? The reason there are two relics in the first place is so that both the kobolds and the mites would have access to the Great Hall; it only takes one relic.
