How to use Spell Conversion

I read the tutorial pop-up for converting cleric spells into healing spells but it doesn't say how to actually do it.

Open the actions bar. The spells that can be converted have a little arrow at the top. Click it and see what spell you can convert it to.

It's not exactly intuitive, and for some reason I never clicked those arrows until I'd already played an hour or so. Maybe an addition to the tooltip would be helpful here. Just a suggestion, it's not like my name is on your paychecks or anything :)
