Yes, oleg has an item called "bag of holding" that increases carry weight by 100. Probably there will be more later in game...

Also, if a character in your party has an animal companion, that animal's Strength score is added to the party's for calculating maximum encumbrance.

It is based on your Parties Strength I believe. Seems anything that increases strength would increase Carry Weight.
