How large is the Steam download?

Can someone tell me how large the download is?

I've read that it's supposed to be about 21 GB, can't confirm however, since Deep Silver still hasn't distributed the keys to their partners.

Yeah what's going on, it release in one hour and a half and still no key, it's too late to preload now.

How I just downloaded mine less than 10 minutes ago. And steam says it isnt coming out for another 3 1/2 hours.
