So for example a fighter lvl 6 has 2 attacks with bab bonus of +6/+1
Now there are NATURAL weapon attacks there number does not depend on there bab just simple on there number and if there are primary or secondary attacks (bites are as far as i remember normaly primary and wing attacks for example are normaly secondary)
Primary attacks get full bab and i am not sure anymore full strength bonus.
Secondarys get (without feats) a malus of -5 and only halve str bonus.
So for example a dragon with a bite, 2claws, 2 wings and a tail would attack with all of them every round(as a full round action of course).
2 weapon fighting i have never done but it as far as i remember works kinda like a mix between the two where your second weapon becomes a secondary attack.
You can mix weapon and natural attacks but all natural attacks become secondary attacks (after your normal weapon attacks) and you can not attack again for example with the same arm/claw you would hold your weapon (simple logic).
As soon as your BAB reaches +6, you can get improved two weapon fighting feat which grants another attack (-5) in the off hand.
As soon as your BAB reaches +6, you can get greater two weapon fighting feat which grants third attack (-10) in the off hand.
E.g.
Lets say a lvl 20 fighter has an attack bonus of +37.
hand1: +37/+32/+27/+22 attack bonus
hand2: shield
If you have the feat two weapon fighting and a light weapon in off hand:
hand1: +35/+30/+25/+20 attack bonus
hand2: +35 attack bonus
If you have the feat two weapon fighting, improved two-weapon fighting and a light weapon in off hand:
hand1: +35/+30/+25/+20 attack bonus
hand2: +35/+30 attack bonus
If you have the feat two weapon fighting, improved two-weapon fighting, greater two-weapon fighting and a light weapon in off hand:
hand1: +35/+30/+25/+20 attack bonus
hand2: +35/+30/+25 attack bonus
