She's one of the Iconic Pathfinder characters, her name is Seoni and she's Sorcerer. She is not in the game though

Maybe, maybe not. I would say probably not.She's there with some other "cut-out tokens" of other iconic characters, so she's probably with them just to show that it's all about Pathfinder universe.
We don't know nothing about what will be in DLC's, well because they are probably just at the stage of conception, which is good too, since nothing was cut out from the game for it.

The Iconic characters are the "example characters" of each class in the tabletop game. Seoni[pathfinderwiki.com], for instance, is the example character for a sorcerer. They're mostly used in the artwork when they're representing what a player-character would be doing.

Of the... jesus, 39 Iconics from the tabletop game (didn't realise how many classes Pathfinder had these days), Amiri[pathfinderwiki.com] is the only one to make it into this game.

Whether the others show up in the game or not, no idea.

Seoni is the least likely to join the crew, since she is a leader. Maybe she could show up as a non recruitable NPC.
