Character moving slowly!

With a band on his face. Must I cast remove blindness or smth?
I'm really tired always casting freedom of movement on him just to move around properly.
No, not encumbered.

Is he himself encumbered? he has a low str score i think so if his equiped items are heavy he will slow down.

Lindy will slow down if i dont give her a belt of +2 str to keep her weight up.

The band on his face is from the story and I dont think it can be fixed.

Put your mouse over his speed stat and see what it says.

Tristan himself is lightly encumbered (not at all).
The whole party - the same.
When I cast any form of movement spell on him, he moves OK.
All the others move OK, it's just him.

It seems like he brought some hidden condition from that fight, as he was downed by golems pretty quickly.

I have this problem too in gog version. my Tristan always walk slow after spider web trap. no bad status icons. Yes it's killing me too.

i have the same problem with jaethal since the beginning. i suffered it until her first mission but i don't use her anymore

they said it was her medium armor, encumbered, fat.....but nothing makes her walk at normal speed

had the same with Octavia. she started moving slowly at some point, presumably after being webbed. FoM fixes it, but only as long as it persists. resting does not. encumbrance, speed in stats, character effects are all fine.
