resting takes a 1-2 weeks to get full hp?

Am I doing something wrong? Why do rests, camp sites some time take upto a week to get better, and sleeping in beds take 2 weeks?

Decide to reload, and my 29 HP frontliner after 14 days is only 14/29 what in the royal ♥♥♥♥?

You heal very little from resting, instead, try to have a cleric and make sure they use their healing spells before settling down to nap. Use potions liberally, too, they're not very expensive.

If you have a healer in your party, make sure you check the box when you manage the rest to 'Use healing spells and abilities before resting'. Natural healing takes a looong time.

Yeah but when you have a 3 month delay to take care of something and it takes 2-3 weeks for full hp and just 1 single hit to take you down to 1/3 hp, it's a bit of a joke.

I had the same problme in the beginning, because I had no healer in my group. You need someone who can heal wounds or else you wont heal when resting. Recruit a mercenary or just play the main missions, in one of them you will get a cleric.

You only heal 2 from resting, if you dont want to put a healer in your group to heal everyone when resting, thats your problem. If you cant play the game right thats on you and you alone.

Kinda like in real life where geting your arm half way chopped off wont get much better if you sleep over it.

Use healing potions until you get a companion with healing spells (Jaethal, the dwarf or Tristian)

as said natural healing is slow as make sense if some one slies you up healing naturally takes time magic that stuff up get a bard or cleric witht healing spells

Here are some obvious options:

1. Get a healer
2. Use some potions, the game gives you tons of them all the time
3. Make sure you actually hunt properly with the right people and get some rations when sleeping outdoors.

getting a healer is definately the first thing you need to focus on and since people are having issues with this.. im going to give some potential spoilery advice.




Spoilers:
Do the main story quests early on. the way things are this is the best choice until you get your legs under you and can handle more. If you didn't get Harrim in your party, He'll be in the Temple during one of the early main story quests or in the Old Sycamore.

You might not like Harrim but he works. Thankfully, he is not the only clerical choice you get as a party member (and no i dont mean making a custom one). The second one you get isn't too long after, again main quest. Stick to healing potions as much as you can and gut it out.

Additional advice with Harrim:
If you wait too long before pursuing the main quest too the Ancient Temple, Harrim won't be there, he will be in the Old Sycamore. I highly recommend reloading a save and getting him as early as possible. The Old Sycamore is a pain in the balls.

Also the math has been done. Set your Enemies to normal and Stat adjustments to Weakest, due too the bad scaling this is the closet to proper PnP. I personally recommend setting kingdom management to Easy.

I'had all the party poisoned, with CON and DEX -46!!!

I've rested untill full healed... it took almost 2 weeks!

In the meantime trolls desotryed my kingdom :(

Use restoration spells, or buy them from the priests.

Restorations spells, scrolls, and potions are your friend, as is delay poison and communal delay poison. This game seriously punishes you if you don't use the tools you are given.
