How to build laboratory

The court alchemist said he will join my court if I build a laboratory for him but i see no option to do it anywhere

It can only be built in the town you established in the Outskirts. There should be a building named Bokken's Alchemy Lab or something along those lines.

Has to be done in the outskirts town, Trademeet by default.

If you go visit the other towns you will get more that will visit you at the start of each month in your throne room and have side quest of there own.
