Storyteller not becoming advisor?

I was talking to the Storyteller about becoming my advisor right after the start of the barony. He said something about his magical arts beeing useful to any ruler but his advisor card is still not showing up...do i have to do more for him to join me?

To make the secondary advisors available, the parent category must have reached 60 (and as far as I have seen, also be rank 3). The storyteller is a secondary advisor for culture or magic (not sure about that one, I put it in the other), once that has been made available.

To be fair, more than half the "bugs" the kids are complaining about are actually just them not reading. Half of the remainder are them not understanding.

There are bugs and stuff, but fewer than the kids believe.
