Party carrying weight raises to 5000+ pounds, at level 8 and keep raising!

I got 6 members in my party, strength scores are 26,26,18,7,7,7.

I have a small bag of holding, a big bag of holding, a tall hat(personal raise carrying and +2 all skill checks)

Normally my party max carry is around 1500, suddenly the max carrying jump to 5000. No spell no buff.

Is this another bug?

Sounds like the stacking items bug that made DR and channel positive energy uses increase every time we save and reload.

This might be due to the item bug that they just fixed? The more items that improve your weight, the more they stacked up endlessly. There's a patch coming that will fix the existing damage.

Have you tested it right now to see if it still does it?

Did they fix the stacking items bug? Cause I just checked my game and my -12 wisdom +12 charisma from the ring of courage is still there Q.Q

I do believe they said that certain changes, like you're describing, won't change yet, just that the thing causing it is gone. I took that to mean that they're working on a way to fix the changes without screwing up games in progress.

I hate to be that guy but with all the bugs in this game, did they even try starting it before it went on sale? Some of these things are painfully obvious and others have been/are even game breaking :/

The current fix to the hotfix stops the problem from getting worse.

The next fix to the fix to the hotifix is supposed to fix the problem for effected saves.

And, yes, the unlimited carrying capacity is caused by this bug -- specifically, the hat (+200 lbs when worn) is stacking.
