Hi stat = how many bonus spells???

Im wondering about linzi, she has a 20 charisma and I jsut got the top hat but dont know what spells I lose if I equipped the top hat. I love my haste spells, that thing is OP AF>

can someone tell me what I lose or link to a site that shows what you gain/lose for high stats?

There you'll find a table for the bonus spells. At 20 charisma (in this case) it is +2 for 1st level spells and +1 for 2nd up to 5th level spells.

If you're new to the system, it's worth noting that this is spells per day, not spells known. Also, there's a minimum of 10+sLvl to cast, so Linzi would only lose haste if her charisma dropped to 12.

As Hailspork said - for spontaneous casters like Bards and Sorcerers, a high casting stat only affects how many spells they get per day, not how many spells they know.
